The 1st of June, after the Wolf, Pascal Van Hamme and Thierry Goor, founders of the first Brussels food market ‘ the Wolf’, will open the Fox.
At the Fox, place to streetonomy ! We meet starred chefs, candidates of the famous TV show « Top Chef » but also young chefs as well promising as non-conformist. All the ‘kitchens’ of the Fox are unique and different from all the onces we use to know and a special attention is given to accompanying clients to ensure that everyone has a table for a relaxed and pleasant moment.
At the bar, the (C/M)ocktails are treated as in a laboratory with a targeted research on the products, for « home made » with or without alcohol.
In terms of wines, a range of biodynamic wines, organic or on the way to become organic, has been selected.
We give preference to the products of our neighbours by revisiting the owner’s wine, guaranteed to be of superior quality, but remaining at an affordable price, served by glass or jug, for a real moment of sharing.
The 12 kitchens of the Fox take you on a journey through the cuisine of the world in a space of 1500 m2, with 750 seats of which 300 located on the south-faced terrace suspended over the water of the building’s iconic moat.
In the evening, a DJ comes to set the streetfloor on fire for an experience where conviviality, exchange and fun are the key words
